Partenza da Rionero in Vulture verso Atella e quindi su sterrato nel bosco di Bucito su antichi ponti e tra boschi. Due brevi rampe mettono a dura prova ma pedalabili. Si ritorna su asfalto per entrare a Ruvo del Monte. Di qua direzione verso il cimitero e si prende una strada intercomunale che ci porta verso le Cascate U uattnier di San Fele. Quindi sempre su asfalto si fa a chiudere l'anello ad Atella per ritornare dopo 6 km a Rionero in vulture.
